Evo: Genesis? What's that?

So what is this upcoming game called Evo: Genesis?

It's an awesome game where you control a special animal species, called the Evo, and you help them protect and grow their members. You'll have to fight other animals, eat omnivorously, breed new members, and obtain new genes in order to fully secure your survival. Evo's can obtain new genes when presented with dangerous situations, or from defeating other animals (just one way they are so special!). New genes give each Evo different abilities and protections to aid you on your journey. Each Evo can contain up to four(4) different genes in their DNA, so it's important to breed to create Evos with new DNA sets and switch between Evos to use all of their different skills!

But the world that Evos live in isn't so simple. There are noticable occurences and elements of monsters and magic throughout the world...

Anyways, if you enjoy 2D survival with a twist, procedurally generated- and open- worlds, exploration, population growth, and secrets throughout, begin the genesis of your own faction of Evos!
